About

I most recently served as Chief People Officer at Twitch (an Amazon subsidiary), where I spent over five years helping scale the organization through periods of rapid growth and transformation. I bring more than two decades of leadership experience in human resources, spanning global enterprises like Chevron and Tesla as well as high-growth companies such as Niantic.

I began my career as a Presidential Management Fellow in the federal government before transitioning to the private sector, where I’ve led organizations through complex change, growth, and evolution.

I hold a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, and I am a certified executive coach through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and teenage son.

What I love most about this work is seeing the impact of great coaching. With the right partnership, people can unlock new levels of clarity, confidence, and performance. That transformation—both personal and professional—is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
